Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All information displayed here is a suggestion not a guarantee. Especially the estimated delivery times! Carolilly cannot be held accountable for shipping delays or missing parcels. Christmas as well as the COVID-19 situation in certain countries can cause delays from days to month! Keep in mind when ordering and check in with your local postal service for more information about your countries post situation.

Standart shipping with Deutsche Post: includes prio & tracking number Estimated delivery time: 1 - 3 business days. Price: 2.55€

Einschreiben Standard with Deutsche Post: Includes tracking number and insurance for up to 25€ Estimated delivery time: 1 - 5 business days. Price: 4.05€ (Includes tracking number and insurance for up to 25€)

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries EXEPT THE UK!

At this time, we do not ship to the UK because of the new VAT regulations. At checkout your shipping rate will say: "SHIPPING NOT POSSIBLE: Please don't complete your order. It will be refunded..." We are very sorry for this inconvenience and hope that VAT regulations will change soon!

If we find that shipping to your country is currently not possible (e.g. because of a COVID related change) your order will be fully refunded and you will be notified by mail.

Non-EU Shipping Standard: includes tracking number. Estimated delivery time: 3 - 30 business days. Price: 6.15€

Non-EU Shipping Upgrade: includes tracking number, signature and insurance for up to 30,- SZR / SDR. Estimated delivery time: 3 - 30 business days. Price: 7.30€

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carolilly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within said days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

OUTSIDE OF EU: We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. If the order was damaged due to shipping, we will try our best to get you a refund provided by the shipping company. Do not accept the package if you see that it is damaged! If unsure it is recommended to unpack it with the delivery person present. Record any damage!

WHITHIN EU:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Check the full policy here in english or here in german! If the order was damaged due to shipping, we will try our best to get you a refund provided by the shipping company. Do not accept the package if you see that it is damaged! If unsure it is recommended to unpack it with the delivery person present. Record any damage!
